#3: Organic Michelin-starred Meals
The Elsa restaurant, at Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel, is the first 100 % organic Michelin-starred restaurant certified by Ecocert. All produce offered on the Elsa restaurant’s menu are the products of organic agriculture and are labelled as such. Next door, at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, you will find a 400 sqm organic vegetable garden, maintained by urban agriculturist Terrae, and exquisitely prepared by the Hotel Chef, Marcel Ravin.#4: Move Sustainably
E-Bikes, e-cars, e-boats…Monaco is one of the most sustainable places in the world with all public vehicles being either electric, hybrid or biofuel. The government provides free charging stations for electric vehicles and offers financial incentives for the purchase of electric or hybrid cars. To promote green transport and walking, Monaco is home to 79 public elevators, 390 electric bikes and a 100% electric car-sharing service.MonaBike and Mobee © BVergely
